Currently serving as a distinguished Principal of New Heights School, Hardoi Mrs. Vinita Dhankar has accumulated over 28+ years of invaluable experience in the field of education.

Throughout her illustrious career, Mrs. Dhankar has held significant leadership roles in several renowned schools across various regions of India. Notably, she has served as the Principal at CGI World School, Bharatpur & Army Public School in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, demonstrating her commitment to educational excellence.

Her dedication and expertise extend beyond principalship. Mrs. Dhankar has contributed significantly as a Head of Various Manners in over 6 national schools further highlighting her leadership capabilities & her dedication to fostering a nurturing learning environment.

In addition to her roles in educational institutions, Mrs. Dhankar has authored English Grammar School Books for Grades I to VIII, which have been published by New Wave Publications.

As an educator and felicitator for 25 years , imparting and educating students ,knowledge of Mathematics and Physics subject . Has been passionate teacher to help students overcome phobia of Mathematics subject by making it simpler ,easier , interesting and applicable in real life . As an HOD at NHS,my aim is to bridge learning gaps and use effective methods for teaching Mathematics by team to make Maths enjoyable and understood with clarity. Being Examination Head ,sincere efforts to manage examinations through out the session for growth and success of students and teachers too. Planning , preparation and implementation helps us to achieve our goals and all responsibilities with confidence.
